Bonsai Biotics reserves the right to stop orders and block your account if you are found to be re-selling Bonsai Biotics products without authorisation. Bonsai Biotics further reserves the right to recoup any losses as a result of breach of its terms.

  • What to expect after I place my first order?
    If you have never placed an order with Bonsai Biotics before, your first order may be slightly delayed until we can verify your information. We do this to protect you against fraud and verify that the card being used to place the order is from the actual card holder. Please know that once you have gone through our initial screening process, subsequent orders are usually much faster to process.

  • Our Delivery Service
    Free Standard (3-5 working days) tracked and signed for delivery confirmation is provided to us for every order by Royal Mail.

    If your order is returned to us by Royal Mail because either you have failed to collect or re-arrange delivery for your item or you have provided us with an inaccurate delivery address, a handling charge of £2.95 may be payable.Please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been shipped.

  • Package Loss
    In the event your order has been lost, you must contact our customer support department at info@bonsai-biotics.com and report it as lost to us within 14 calendar days of date of purchase. Orders that hasn't been reported within 14 calendar days will not be eligible for refund

  • Returning Items
    If for any reason you are not happy with a product please contact us within 14 days of its arrival. We will then provide you with a Returns Authorisation enabling you to return the good to us. Please do not return goods to us without first obtaining a Returns Authorisation. Goods must be returned within 28 days of arrival in their original packaging and must have not been tampered with in any way. Once we have the goods we will process a refund to your credit/ debit card.

    Please note that we will deduct £2.95 from the refund to cover our postage charges. However, a full refund (including postage) will be applied to items that were incorrectly delivered or are faulty.

    Please pack securely and include a copy of your invoice and post t the return address on your invoice.

    We would also recommend that you acquire adequate insurance for your parcel in the event it is lost in the post. Please contact us if you are unsure about a return and we will be happy to help.

  • Payment Methods
    We accept payment via Paypal, a well known, trusted, and secure way to make payment over the internet. Making a payment through PayPal is easy. You can use your existing PayPal account or pay by credit card even if you don’t have a PayPal account. Find out more information by going to the PayPal website http://www.paypal.com.

    When making a payment you are temporarily transferred from our site to the secure PayPal website. No financial information is received or stored by us.

    Unlike other companies WE DO NOT USE AUTO-BILLING you will NOT be automatically en-rolled for this option.

  • Cancellation
    Once an order has been placed, you may cancel this order at anytime prior to the order being shipped. Please contact info@bonsai-biotics.com stating your name, address and order details. Once an order is marked as completed this order will be delivered to the address provided, and the order will require returning in line with the Returns policy.

  • Our Delivery Service

  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    On average, we see orders being delivered usually within 8 to 14 business days. However on occasion orders may delivered as late as 25+ business days depending if there are any customs issues.

  • Incorrect Address
    If the shipping address on your order is incorrect, please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been shipped. Please know that we work directly with our shippers to help resolve address issues when possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, or other delivery issues if you've made an error in the shipping information on your order. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind. If the error causes the order to be sent back to us, you may be responsible for return shipping fees and we’ll only be able to refund you for the cost of the merchandise only.

  • Package Loss
    Although it is rare for international orders to get lost or delayed, please be aware that it can happen. Due to the import clearance process in your country and depending on the shipping method you chose, international orders can take up to 30 business days to clear customs. An international order will not be considered ‘lost’ until 30 business days from the date of shipment. We are unable to process claims until 30 business days period has passed. In the event your order has been lost, you must contact our customer support department at info@bonsai-biotics.com and report it as lost to us within 60 calendar days of date of purchase. Depending on your location, courier selection, and any history of similar problems, we’ll work to help resolve this issue. Orders that hasn't been reported within 60 calendar days will not be eligible for refund. Refunds are not available if you choose International Airmail as a shipping method and your order is lost.

  • Returning Items
    If your parcel is being returned to sender due to any reason such as : Unclaimed, Incomplete/Insufficient Address, Prohibited/Banned items, or being Refused only once the parcel arrives back to our facility will a refund for the purchase price of the products minus the shipping cost be issued. Before a refund is granted, the parcel must be checked in at our facility. You may be responsible for return shipping fees. Unfortunately, unless the order is returned back to our warehouse in an undamaged and resalable condition, we can not issue a refund. We cannot be held responsible for delays and transit times if your parcel is being returned. Refunds issued will be for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

  • Customs & Country Regulations
    Please know that we do try to adhere to each countries individual import policies. While we do our best to make sure that we don't ship prohibited products into your country it is up to you to double check your countries import policies before ordering. Orders that are seized by your local customs can not be refunded.

  • Duties & Taxes
    We currently ship via DDU (delivery and duties UNPAID). This means your package is usually delivered by local mail carrier at the final destination. Your mail carrier may or may not charge duties and taxes. We do not collect taxes and duties during checkout and therefore you are responsible for paying these if you are required.

    Bonsai Biotics cannot be held responsible for any laws or regulations that result in Customs applying additional cost to your order, whether tax or duties, nor any related delivery delays or seized products. In the event additional fees are assessed to your order, your local Customs authority will contact you directly.

By ordering from Bonsai Biotics, you agree to our policies above. Bonsai Biotics reserves the right to change these policies at any time, and we also retain the right to refuse service to any customer at our sole discretion.
